Review the suggested plan and start with the first task. When you finish or if you want to switch goals, you can start a new plan anytime.
Video & Photo Progress Tracking
What it is: See Breakthrough lets you document each task with either a short video or a quick photo. This adds flexibility while still giving you a visual record of your growth.
How to use it: After completing a task, tap “Complete". Choose Video or Photo. Record or snap your proof, then upload. The AI will verify completion and award points the same way for both media types.

Streaks & Rewards
What it is: See Breakthrough tracks your daily activity streaks — how many days in a row you complete at least one task. Maintaining streaks unlocks achievements and rewards as you progress, celebrating your dedication.
How to use it: Aim to complete at least one task each day. The app will automatically count your streak and display it on your Activity View. If you miss a day, your streak resets, but you can start again the next day. Use your streak as motivation to keep progressing.
